Julia's House HR Director, Diane de Souza said:

"We are delighted to see an improvement in our employee engagement scores and our ranking"

"Both are good indicators to potential new recruits that Julia's House is a great place to work. The information provided by staff helps us build a picture of how effective they believe their leadership is, how they are managed, their team work, wellbeing and remuneration.

"We're then able to assess what is working well, what could work better and make appropriate changes."
