With heavy rain causing flooding around the county, we have all the latest information here for you.

The Environment Agency have issued a flood warning for the River Wey from Upwey to Weymouth, with flooding expected for including Church Street, Little Mead, Nottington Lane, Nottington Farm and Almas Palace.

Police warning to people travelling through Corfe. The river has already flooded today and there are chances it could flood again.

Flooding is possible for: Tributaries between Toller Whelme and Dorchester.

The Environment Agency say flooding of roads and farmland is possible between 10:30 and 20:30 today, 05/03/20.  

A spokesman said:

"We are closely monitoring the situation.  

"Our incident response staff are clearing weed screens and in contact with community flood wardens and volunteers.  

"Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses and plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers which may be flooded."
