The Arts centre have promised that all tickets purchased for performances will be valid for the new dates.

Aiming in to be back in the summer, they are closing for an indefinite time and the exact date will depend on the future developments of health and safety.

Nick Cope's Family Convert on Sunday is also postponed, and a new date will be announced soon.

The centre is asking for the public to bear with them while they work with agents and artists to confirm which performances will be postponed and which will be cancelled.

They will be making further announcements regarding these and contact ticket holders directly with further information.

The Corn Exchange and Box Office is now closed to the public, but their telephone lines will be manned from 10am-1pm, Monday to Friday to answer any queries.

Theatre Tickets

They understand that this is a difficult for everybody, Dorchester Arts is a charity and most of the funding comes from the public, attending their shows, spending money on tickets, drinks and refreshments.

But they would be grateful to anyone who is in a position to do so, to donate the cost of their ticket rather than requesting a credit or refund.

Keep an eye on their website and social media accounts for any updates on the situation.
