Camp Bestival planners yet to decide on this year's event

Organisers of this July's Camp Bestival will decide whether the event will be cancelled later in April.

The Festival is due to take place on 30th July to 2nd August at Lulworth Castle in Dorset.

This years line-up includes: Fatboy Slim, Groove Armada, Liam Payne, Sophie Ellis-Bexter and Sara Cox.

The festival team are continuing to monitor guidance from the World Health Organisation and Public Health England as the COVID - 19 situation evolves.


A spokesperson said:

"We are continuing to plan for our best ever Camp Bestival, following government guidelines and waiting patiently to see how things feel by April 19th."

They are waiting until the 19th of April to make a final decision.

They're reassuring ticket holders they will be offered a full refund in the event of cancellation, or they can carry their ticket over to next year.

Camp Bestival are also using their time to plan a stay at home Easter Festival sleepover.

It will have workshops, music, cooking lessons, kids activities and special guest takeovers.
