A third Cruise liner since the start of the lockdown has dropped anchor in Weymouth Bay this morning.

The P&O ship named Aurora is anchoring alongside the Venturer ship to ‘make water’.

It currently has no passengers on board.

Michele Andjel from P&O cruises told Wessex FM that it’s likely there are still members of the crew on board.

The vessel will only be staying for a couple of days, as it’s leaving on Sunday 3rd of May to return to Southampton.

This is the third P&O cruise to arrive, after the Britannia at the beginning of April and the Ventura last week.
