Charlotte Spracklen is the Centre Manager at Brewery Square, she said:

"Businesses at Brewery Square have worked incredibly hard preparing for their re-openings, ensuring they can provide visitors with a safe, enjoyable experience.
"With many successfully accommodating customers with delivery and takeaway options over the lockdown period, it's inspiring to see more doors open as we join forces to welcome visitors back to Brewery Square."

Health, beauty and fitness businesses in the square are also reopening this month, along with estate agents.

Health and safety measures will be in place:

  • Hand sanitizing stations around the square.
  • Floor stickers for queuing.
  • Daily door handle cleaning.

Charlotte continued:

"We've noticed that a lot of customers are really enjoying being able to go out and about again.

"Where they've all been stuck in doors and those that are shielding are now able to go out, it's just quite an enjoyable experience for them to go and look around the shops, go out for dinner and lunch and things like that.

"It's almost a novelty so, it's really nice to see."

For the safety of the visitors and staff, the Square have made the decision for fountains to remain switched off until next year.
