The partnership between two Dorset Council's is on track to make £2m worth of savings a year, according to a report.

By combining their services West Dorset District and Weymouth and Portland Borough have saved £1.1m in the first year.

Management restructuring has seen some jobs go.

Councillors will be asked to consider the pace of taking the partnership forward to reach its £2m target when the report's presented to them next week.
