Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy has won a top environmental award from Britain's best-selling yachting magazine.

The Practical Boat Owner Magazine announced the academy's prize at the PSP Southampton Boat Show, in recognition of their steps to reduce the environmental impact of leisure boating and make the industry more sustainable.

Chief Executive John Tweed says they've made the effort to go green and save money.
