Could You Be A Foster Carer?

Published at 9:17am 15th May 2012.

A fresh appeal is being made to find more foster carers in Dorset.

It's the start of Foster Care Fortnight and the county council want to hear from people who feel they have the time and commitment to offer one or more children a home.

Couples, single people and families are all needed to come forward.

There are currently around 200 families in the county looking after more than 180 children.

If you're interested in finding out more about fostering call 0800 195 9654.
