No Sign to Welcome French Friends in Weymouth

Weymouth is playing host to countrymen from its twin town of France today but there's no welcome sign marking the special relationship.

Normally the names appear together on welcome signs, but the relief road doesn't feature Weymouth's twin of Louvier.

Dorset County Council have signed off a design for it but it's not in place yet.

A spokesman for the Louviers society told Wessex FM it's disappointing.
