Friends of David McFarlance, Jack Craig and Robert Prowse are being invited to go along and pay their respects.

The funeral of skipper David McFarlane was held yesterday in Weymouth.

The Purbeck Isle a small 30m crabber vessel was lost 10 miles south of Portland on the 17th May 2012.

A search and rescue operation was launched by Portland Coastguard when the vessel failed to return to Weymouth and all communication with the vessel lost.

The body of the boats skipper David McFarlane (34) was recovered, the two other crew Rob Prowse (21) and Jack Craig (22) have not been found.

The wreck of the Purbeck Isle has been located in 50m of water 10 miles south of Portland.
