Appeal After Fail To Stop Collision  In Dorchester

Officers in Dorchester are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information to come forward after a fail to stop road traffic collision in the town.

The collision, in which a blue vehicle hit the offside of a parked grey VW EOS 2.0 TDI, happened between 9am and 11am on Tuesday 29 May 2012 in the Charles Street car park.

The driver of the blue vehicle failed to leave any details.

Police Constable Jim Crocker, of Dorchester police, said: “I am appealing for anyone who witnessed this collision, and anyone who is able to identify the motorist involved to contact me urgently.

“I would also urge the driver in question to do the right thing and speak with the police.

“All calls will be treated in the strictest of confidence.”
