A Dorset man on trial for fraud in Hungary will have to wait until November to find out if he's going to jail.

Michael Turner - from Corfe Castle - allegedly owes Hungarian creditors 18 thousand pounds after his time share firm collapsed in 2005.

The local businessman and his partner went on trial earlier this month in Budapest - both deny fraud charges.

The Court's Judge now says he needs more time to examine the case and has delayed the verdict until November later this year.
