10:39am 18th June 2012

Have you been celebrating Euro 2012? And are you excited for the Olympic Games in Weymouth and Portland?

If you answered yes to both, then you could get your photo put on a lasting tribute to celebrate an incredible 2012.

We're being asked to submit a photo of ourselves for a grid-style poster that'll be shown-off around the community.

The site has space for 212 members of every local community in Britain - including Dorset - to take part on a first come first served basis.

A number of celebrities have already signed up.

The commemorative posters will be given out free of charge to local charities, community groups and libraries, and made available for individuals and organisations to buy.

Faces of Britain comprise a total of 108 areas.

You must be 13 or over.
