Thieves Steal Newly Weds Gifts

A couple who married in Weymouth at the weekend have had their special day ruined by thieves.

Nicky and Kerry Patrick tied the knot at Lorton House on Saturday, but their wedding gifts, cards and £2,000 worth of money was stolen.

The items were bundled into a suitcase and it's thought it was taken from the marquee.

The couple and their family say they have fond memories of Weymouth and this year they will celebrate 20 years of coming to the seaside town.
