Sustainable Fishing Guide Published to Protect Dorset Fish Stocks

A new seafood guide's been launched that could help protect Dorset's marine life.

It's an online service with information about species of approved fish and how to capture them.

It's part of Dorset Wildlife Trust's campaign aimed at promoting and supporting responsible, sustainable fishing.

Dorset fish that have the 'green light' include pollack, mackerel and black seabream caught using a rod and line. Lobster and edible velvet and spider crabs caught using pots are also approved.
