12:04am 9th August 2012

Businesses in Beaminster which have seen through trade drop since the tunnel tragedy, are being offered the chance to join a community event to boost their profiles.

They're being offered a pitch at Beaminster's Church Fete on Bank holiday, along with organisers of village fetes which may have been washed out in the heavy rains this summer.

Each of the 14 parishes in the Beaminster church team will also be represented.

The event will now be moved from the church grounds to the Memorial Field to accomodate more stalls and visitors.
