Going For Double Gold

11:34am 10th August 2012

Team GB could walk away with TWO sailing golds in an hour this afternoon

Luke Patience and Stuart Bithell have to finish 2 places or more in front of the Australian crew to take Gold in their re-arranged Men's 470 class, postponed from yesterday.

An hour later Team GB have a 'winner takes all' gold medal race this afternoon in the Womens' 470 class.

Hannah Mills and Saskia Clark know if they beat the Dutch crew they'll take the Gold, if they don't they'll come away with Silver.

The man controversially selected instead of Dorchester's Aaron Cook in Taekwondo for Team GB has his first fight this morning.  (1045)

Lutalo Muhammed takes on Tajikstan's Farkhov Negmatov in the 80 kg class.
