The bank holiday's been particularly busy for Dorset Fire and Rescue.

One car was damaged after a fire in the electrical wiring of an alternator at Bere Regis.

In Weymouth they freed one person trapped by removing the roof of a car.

On Portland they attened a fire in a dishwasher at Fortuneswell, where the pump had overheated.

They also put out a blaze on an inflatable RIB brought into Weymouth harbour.
They used CO2 to fight the fire in the turbo unit,  caused by a mechanical fault.
