Artists Help Raise Vital Funds to Protect Dorset Wildlife

An exhibition by two artists has raised an incredible £2000 for the Dorset Wildlife Trust.

Sally Derrick and Adrian Whittlesea's 'Living with Landscape' exhibition featured sculptures and paintings of animals and landscapes.

The Dorset based wildlife lovers donated 10% of all of their sales from the event at Southover House in Tolpuddle.

Painter Adrian, who studied at Ruskin School of Fine Art in Oxford, said: "the landscape and wildlife of Dorset are inspiration enough for any artist, but for me it was an added spur and reward to have the Dorset Wildlife Trust involved in our exhibition."

The money raised by the wildlife lovers will now be used by the Trust to continue conservation work and help improve nature reserves.
