There's an appeal out after expensive bathroom items were stolen from a business in Bridport.

The incident took place in the area of the B3162 West Allington sometime between 12pm last Saturday (16th February) and Monday (18th February).

Thieves managed to take a Bristan shower head, brass fittings and loads of double headed taps.

Police Constable Sean Cannon, of Bridport police, said: "The items stolen are valued at around £1,000 and this crime has caused a considerable inconvenience to the victim.

"If anyone saw anything suspicious in that area, or has seen items matching the descriptions above, please call Dorset Police on 101.

"I would also urge anyone, who has been offered such items in unusual circumstances to contact police."

You can contact Dorset Police on 101.
