It's Dorset Woman's Day and a special event is being put on at the Dorford Centre in Dorchester.

Dietician Sandra Hood will be holding a healthy eating cooking demonstration.

News this week has blamed one in 30 early deaths in eating too much processed meat.

Sandra says cheap food might be good for your pocket but it's not great for your health.

You can find out more about this event in the "What's On" section of our website.
