Fancy sampling the Best of Dorset OR maybe pulling a shape on the catwalk?
If you do, then the Best of Dorset Show is the place to be next weekend.
The popular event is back and will be held at the Weymouth Pavilion (24th of March) featuring over 40 local businesses and attractions to satisfy your tastes, from stalls, fun activities and entertainment.
Steve Davies, Communications and Events Officer for Weymouth and Portland Council, told Wessex FM the show is going to be great: "You really get entertainment from start to finish, right in the forecourt we got canon fire from the Nothe Forte Re-enactment group, the stage is going to be a buzz of theatre and music and performance. And, of course, all the attractions are very keen to talk to you, they are giving away free offers and discounts".
Ian Bruce, a local Councillor, also wanted to remind people to come along to support the Pavilion and local businesses who may have struggled last year.
The fashion show is set to draw a crowd too and is being run by ASDA's George range.
Section Leader Wendy Lewington says there are still some open places for models for anyone who wants to get involved, "all shapes and sizes", and people should try and take part.
The show runs from 11am until 4pm and entry is completely free of charge.
