Top Chef Relishing the Chance to Cook for Dorset at Foodie Show
10:34am 10th May 2013
The man who's been crowned the World's Sexiest Chef will kick-off the Foodie show at Dorchester football ground today (Friday 10th May).
Jean Christophe Novelli will also be joined by other celeb chefs and 2012 Big Brother winner Luke Anderson.
We spoke to Mark Lloyd, one of the top chefs who'll be there. He's been on television numerous times cooking, but said he will always have the best times at the Food Shows, "It's great to get out and cook on stage in front of a live audience, you can have a little bit of a play, tell a few jokes and pass on some great tips and little tricks. And the audiences that we always get are always quite forthcoming, they always ask lots of questions, they always join in with the jokes, and they're always willing to get up on stage and have a little go themselves... so it's the best part of my job."
He encourages everybody to go down saying, "It's on all weekend, get down, come and have a go, have something to eat, have a wander round, maybe try something you haven't tried before, speak to the chefs because we're really really approachable every single one of us you can come up and ask us something. We love answering people's questions because we want you to cook at home."
The foodie Show Dorset will be on this weekend, at Dorchester Football ground.
