Dorset's Ape Rescue Centre Take In Monkey After Ban on Owner

A man who kept a pet squirrel monkey in his office has been banned from keeping animals for two years.

38-year- old Amire Khan from Eardley Crescent in Chelsea was found guilty of failing to meet the needs of 3 year old Charlie.

Charlie is now being looked after by experts at Monkey World.

Khan was also ordered to pay costs of £500.
