Dorchester face Boreham Wood, Weymouth are at home to Corby Town and Bridport's match has fallen foul to the weather.

The first games of the New Year kick off for our local teams this afternoon after a series of cancellations due to the waterlogged pitches.

Dorchester Town are still joint bottom of the Skrill South table on 15 points but they had been showing signs of improvement in the run up to Christmas.

Today (Saturday 11th January) they take on Boreham Wood for the first time this season.

Their opponents have won only 2 of their last 8 matches and just outside the leagues bottom 5.

Elsewhere, Weymouth are up against Corby Town in front of a home town at the Bob Lucas.

The Terras lost to their opponents earlier in the season but showed a bit of form last month claiming 6 points from 3 games and scoring 6 goals.

Weymouth made a new signing last night.

20-year-old midfielder George Rigg joins the squad after being released by Exeter City.

Bridport Town's game against Cadbury Heath has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
