Slam Down In Weymouth Tonight

1:04pm 21st August 2014

Weymouth's Robbie Nitro is returning to the ring tonight with a summer wrestling show.

After six months out of action due to a knee injury, Robbie has a comeback event which will showcase wrestlers from all over the world.

Robbie told Wessex FM how it feels to be back wrestling again;

''When I got the all clear from the doctors on the MRI scan, the first thing I thought was great I can get back in the ring, it was like feeling I was reborn again.

''A lot of the fans know that I have been doing it a long time down here, I have been supported by Weymouth in all my matches and I'm just dying to get back into it again.''

Back by popular demand, suplexwrestling welcomes former WWE NXT STAR THE ZULU WARRIER, former WWE NXT STAR DANNY BURCH and THE POWER HOUSE RYKER from Canada.

Phil Powers, who is also making a comeback after a rib injury will be wrestling at the show.

Robbie will be taking on the newly signed BLACK SCORPION in the main event ladder match which has never been done at the new venue before.

Robbie explained why fans should come along.

''Its going to be the first time ever that Weymouth wrestling fans have ever seen an international showdown show, we've got wrestlers from all over the world which has not happened on any other show.''

The Suplexwrestling summer show takes place at the Weymouth College Bay Theatre tonight (21st August).
