Bridport Go Top 6 After Beating Shepton Mallett

Bridport FC

7:12am 17th September 2014

Bridport came from behind to snatch all three points and leap frog opponents Shepton Mallett to climb into the Toolstation Western Premier League's top 6, following their 3-2 victory at St Mary's Field.

Jamie Symes scored from close range after 30 seconds. Pollard equalised from the penalty spot after 18 minutes.
Stone put the visitors ahead ten minutes before the break but almost straight from the restart Richardson headed home a Dan Wise cross for the equaliser.

Bridport regained the lead six minutes into the second half when Chris Clarke rammed the ball home from a corner for what turned out to be the winning goal.
