Weymouth Learn FA Trophy Fate

Weymouth have learnt their fate in the FA Trophy.

The Terras will take on Dover Athletic at the Bob Lucas if they can get past their replay tomorrow night (16th December) with Havant & Waterlooville.

Weymouth dug in deep to hold onto a 1-1 draw over the weekend after they went down to 10 men to stay in the competition.

George Rigg scored the vital equaliser that kept Jason Matthews' team in the cup after Jaime Laird was sent off early on in the game.

The tie with Dover Athletic is scheduled for 10th January 2015 with the winner earning £6,000 from the FA's Prize Fund.
