In the Southern League Premier, Weymouth made the trip to Arbour Park to face Slough Town and were defeated 3-0 with the home side putting on a clinical display. The Terras are away at AFC Totton in the League Cup on Tuesday night.

Dorchester were looking to return to winning ways as they entertained Kettering Town at the Avenue Stadium. The visitors were third in the table, but it was the Magpies who went onto win 4-1. Billy Lowes, Sam Lanahan and Mo Baghdadi were among the scorers.

In the Wessex Premier League Portland United were at home to Hamble, and after being 2-0 down at half-time, the Blues then found a couple of goals after the break to earn a point with the final score 2-2.

In the Toolstation Western League, Bridport faced Willand Rovers in the Les Phillips cup. Richard Hebditch put the Bees ahead before the visitors equalised. Mark Salter then found the winner in the second-half.

In rugby and Bridport were hoping to face Dorchester in the Dorset & Wilts Vase Final on the 2nd of December. However they lost their semi-final against Oakmedians 65-10.

Portland Utd 2-2 Hamble FC
