12:03pm 4th June 2012

Over 700 Olympic and Paralympic stars are in Weymouth today for the sailing world cup.

They're competing in the Skandia Sail for Gold Regatta at the Weymouth & Portland National Sailing Academy for the rest of the week.

You can get involved in the action via a live tracking system which is attached to 300 boats each day.

On Saturday the doors of the sailing academy will also be open to anyone who wants to experience the regatta first hand.
