Facebook has been in the news a lot this week. Co-Founder Mark Zuckerberg has been answering questions from American Senators about the website but the one question that remains for the average user is; Have I been hacked!?

The problem stems from a Facebook app called 'This Is Your Digital Life', a personality quiz from 2014 which was taken by around 270,000 people who were paid for their efforts. The data that was collected from the survey was then passed to a company called Cambridge Analytica, a political consulting firm.

Two days ago the company issued an article entitled Time For Facts Not Conjecture. If you are concerned about the story, you should take the time to get some balance and read what they have to say.

Ultimately the question remains; Have I been hacked? Well unless you added the above app, then you've not been hacked as part of the story that has been making the headlines this week. Facebook is however constantly changing and who among us can truly remember what apps we were toying with several years back?

The simple answer is to click HERE. You need to be logged into Facebook on your computer. When you click the link it will take you a to help page on Facebook which will confirm whether you have or have not been subject to having your data shared with Cambridge Analytics.
