 Patisserie Rowland is Weymouths brand new patisserie and coffee lounge, Serving some of the best pastries you have ever tasted outside of France.

At Patisserie Rowland all the pastries and products are freshly made overnight and designed with balance, flavour and artistic design in mind using only the best ingredients, all pastry is made with unsaltedbutter and they use no artificial colour or flavour in their products. As well as a menu that offers original freshly prepared dishes made from fresh local produce where possible, combined with excellent service standards.

 Plus an excellent array of soft drinks and fresh coffee, special teas and selected beverages.

Patisserie Rowland also produce a master range of birthday and celebration cakes not currently available in Weymouth or in the surrounding area.

 About Rowland


After 30 years of running colleges and catering education and training in some of the UK’s leading culinary Colleges Rowland set up a patisserie production unit at the old Sally Lunne’s bakery which he fully refurbished with all new  equipment. The old bakery was first built in 1915 and his Father in law worked there as an apprentice some 75 years ago.

 As a master  pastry chef and one of the few Honoury members of the British Academy of Culinary Arts, national author of the NVQ standard catering texts and advisor to many businesses and Colleges
